AGI specializes in PCBA using Surface Mount Technology (SMT),
Through Hole (TH) and mixed technologies. We offer our testing
capability and experienced personnel to implement customer’s
specific product testing protocols.
AGI ensures that 100% of all products coming out of its facility
meet in house and customer specifications. All manufacturing
processes and testing procedures will be fully documented meeting
ISO9001 standards.
AGI’s most effective method of reducing our customer’s total cost
is through our final assembly and box build services. Using our
trusted long term vendors, AGI can supply customer specific
plastic and/or metal enclosures that meet or exceed customer
requirements.
Alternatively, we can also work with customers on a consignment
basis if they wish to supply the mechanical components. AGI can
then perform final assembly and packaging in house to be point of
sale ready. By consolidating all manufacturing from simple
components to finished and packaged products, our customers will
enjoy less costs and hassle.
All products ship FOB San Diego, CA via freight forwarding
carriers or UPS/FEDEX depending on size. We can ship anywhere in
the continental US and abroad.
All aspects of shipment including packaging, labeling, shipping
documentation and scheduling are coordinated with our customers to
assure accuracy and complete satisfaction. Our customers enjoy
reduced inventory and distribution costs further increasing their
bottom line.
For existing production customers, AGI offers electronic design,
PCB layout and prototyping.
Customers can also take advantage of AGIs special licensing
program. This program allows customers to bring new products to
market with minimal start up costs.
